Product Description
The disc-type drill frame is an auxiliary device designed and manufactured to adapt to the use of the SR90 type rail-guided independent hydraulic rotary rock drill in small-section mining roadways. It is powered by compressed air to achieve the pushing and positioning functions of the rock drill during drilling. Compressed air passes through the main intake valve, oil mist lubricator, various control valves and reaches each moving part to achieve the cyclic operation of the rock drilling process. Structural Features This drill frame has a simple structure, is easy to disassemble and transport, operates safely and reliably, and is highly efficient. The entire drilling frame is composed of three components: the drilling frame connection part, the propeller connection part and the operation platform connection part. The drilling frame connection part mainly includes three parts: the air top, the disc and the bottom skid. The propeller joint is composed of four components: the brazing device, the guide rail, the slide seat and the propulsion motor. The console assembly includes main components such as the control valve and the oil mist lubricator. After the drill frame parts are transported to the working point, they should be assembled in the order of the bottom crowbar, air top, disc and propeller. Each part should be cleaned and wiped clean, coated with grease and tightened. Before the main air inlet and water pipes are connected to the control console, all the sand and mud should be blown clean. All the hoses must also be blown clean before being connected to the corresponding parts of the drill frame to prevent sand and mud and other dirt from entering the machine parts.

1.Before use, all necessary preparations should be made. Check whether the tools, protractors, lighting tools and engine oil are all available, and prepare sufficient qualified drill bits. 2.Positioning and Relocation: According to the design requirements of the rock drill's gun hole, the drill frame should be aligned with the centerline of the tunnel and the gun hole layout line. The plane of the disc should be parallel to the layout line; otherwise, it will affect the effect. Before moving the drill frame, the bottom should be pried out or pushed out to cover the slag surface. If there is a lot of silt on the bottom plate, a wooden board can be placed at the silted part of the plate, and then the drill frame can be moved to another layout line with a crowbar or a traction winch.
